Distance Learning is a well tested and recognized method for many subjects suitable as classroom presentation. The Hepsa concept has been in development by a group of police trainers for the last few years. Hepsa combines proven techniques of correspondence education with the speed and efficiency of the Internet.
Hepsa is designed to be as detailed as a personal lecture. Instructors will use student's questions and comments to update their presentation material.
Hepsa offers real and serious education. The instructors are recognized as an expert in his or her field. He or she conducts courses in resident universities, professional training companies, state certified police academies, or is a department training officer.
While Hepsa courses are conducted by recognized or state-certified instructors, they do not offer college credits. It is your responsibility to file a copy of the certificate with your state agency to seek its addition to your training record. ( Such As: P.O.S.T. or State Security Board )
We do offer Continuing Education Credit (CEU's ) A CEU is not the same as 'college credit'. CEUs are the industry measurement of non-credit education. One (1) CEU equals 10 contact hours.
You should understand these programs may not certify you or perhaps even be recognized under the laws and regulations of your state and state training council. Each state has different requirements and only your state has the authority to grant such certification. The aim of these programs is to provide you with ideas and perspectives of the subjects covered.
Vehicle Searches
This course will discuss the history of vehicle searches and illustrate the importance of conducting them properly. A warrant is not necessary to search a vehicle, but an officer must be able to prove probable cause. The information provided here will assist officers in being able to explain why they believe a crime has been committed and as a result, why it is necessary for them to search the vehicle in question.


Hepsa, LLC offers instructor lead safety training and online safety training courses through Hepsa’s OSHA accredited Online University.
OSHA Training:
OSHA 10 & 30 Hour Classes
Hepsa provides both construction and general industry 10 & 30 hour OSHA training. Our instructors are authorized OSHA outreach trainers. Upon successfully completing these classes, participants receive a certificate and wallet training card from OSHA's outreach center.
Fall Protection - Competent Person
Hepsa’s fall protection courses teach employees how to work safely with fall protection equipment and OSHA's rules and regulations regarding fall protection standards. All of our fall protection instructors are authorized OSHA outreach trainers with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Scaffolding - Competent Person
Hepsa's scaffolding course will teach employees how to work safely on and around scaffolding. The course also details OSHA's rules and regulations regarding scaffolding standards. All of our scaffolding instructors are authorized OSHA outreach trainers with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Trenching - Excavation
Hepsa 's trenching and excavation course will teach employees how to work safely in and around trenches and excavations. The course also explains OSHA's rules and regulations regarding the trenching standard. All of our trenching and excavation instructors of authorized OSHA outreach trainers with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
First Aid / CPR Training
Our first aid / CPR instructors are certified through the Medic First to instruct these courses. Upon satisfactory completion of the course, all students will receive a certification and wallet card recognizing each student as being competent in first aid and CPR.
Equipment Training
Hepsa provides safety training for equipment including aerial lifts, scissor lifts and forklifts. Upon satisfactory completion of the course, students receive a certification and wallet card recognizing each student as being competent in the equipment training they received.
Preparatory Crane Operator Training
Hepsa provides crane operator safety training and preparatory training for the Certified Crane Operator Exam. In addition, we provide general crane training to general contractors and specialty trades. These classes can be customized to meet your needs.

Role of the Protection Officer
This course will discuss the role of the protection officer, also known as a security officer, safety officer, and security coordinator, among other things. No matter what the job title assigned, these officers all have the same job description: to protect lives and property. This course will also describe the role of the protection officer and how they should conduct themselves while on the job.
Report Writing
No matter what we do in the protection business, it is absolutely necessary that we write it down. Failure to properly record all incidents can easily result in accusations that the incidents never really occurred in the first place or that they did not occur in the way that we are alleging. We are responsible for providing an accurate, brief, and clear record of what happened. Keeping good records greatly depends on the methodology we use, which is what we will learn today.
